BBQ Salmon with Salsa Verde

For the Salsa Verde

fresh basil leaves

fresh tarragon leaves

fresh flat leaf parsley

capers

green olives

Instructions
Pre-heat your BBQ to a high temperature.
While the BBQ is heating up, prep the salmon and the salsa verde.
Drizzle some olive oil over the salmon and season well with salt and pepper.
Add all the salsa verde ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Season to taste.
Grill the fish on the BBQ - I like about 4 minutes on each side so it is rare in the middle.
Remove the salmon from the heat and serve with a drizzle of the salsa verde.
