Ingredients

Mezcal or Tequila

Fresh Lime Juice + Lime slices to garnish
about 5-6 limes

honey
or agave syrup

ice cubes
Instructions
Make the honey syrup by heating together the honey and water over a high heat until you achieve a syrupy consistency (about 5 mins). Allow to cool.
Squeeze the lime juice into a cocktail shaker and add the Mezcal/Tequila, salt, and honey syrup. Mix well.
Add a few ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake well.
Taste and add more salt if necessary.
Pour into a glass over ice cubes or neat depending on personal preference
Garnish with a slice of lime and Enjoy!
