Instructions
Start by studding the clementine all over with the cloves so that they're pressed through the rind.
Add the clove studded clementine to a large pan along with all the other spices and fruits.
Pour in the bottle of wine and turn the heat to low allowing the wine to warm up gradually.
Once the wine has warmed through, add the honey and stir to dissolve. You can add more or less depending on how sweet you like it.
When the honey is dissolved the wine is ready to serve.
Ladle into glasses and garnish with a stick of cinnamon and a slice of clementine.
