Ingredients

frozen peas

Instructions
Heat the butter over a medium heat in the frying pan until melted and slightly bubbling.
Slice the lettuces into wedges.
Fry the lettuce wedges in the butter until they start to wilt and char. Flip them over and fry on the other side until browned.
Meanwhile, boil the peas from frozen for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Pour the peas onto the serving plate and top with the wedges of lettuce. Drizzle the remaining butter from the pan over the top (optional).
Squeeze the lemon over and season well with salt and pepper.
Serve warm.
