Ingredients
  

  • 150 g padron peppers (around 15-20 peppers)
  • 2 tsps olive oil
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the peppers and allow to colour and blister,
  • Flip and do the same on the other side so that they become soft.
  • Remove to a serving dish and sprinkle liberally with sea salt.
