Ingredients

padron peppers
(around 15-20 peppers)

olive oil
sea salt
Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add the peppers and allow to colour and blister,
Flip and do the same on the other side so that they become soft.
Remove to a serving dish and sprinkle liberally with sea salt.
