Ingredients

fresh cranberries
(4 cups)

orange
(zested & juiced)
1
cinnamon stick

cloves

fresh ginger

honey
Instructions
Add the cranberries to a saucepan on a low heat.
Zest and juice the orange.
Add the orange juice and zest to a saucepan along with the cranberries.
Peel and grate the ginger and add to the saucepan.
Add the honey, cloves and cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
Turn the heat up and cook on a medium heat until it starts simmering, then place a lid on and continue to simmer for another 5 mins.
Once cooled, remove the cinnamon and cloves and pour into a serving dish.
