Ingredients
  

  • 450 g fresh cranberries (4 cups)
  • 1 orange (zested & juiced)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2-3 tbsps honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the cranberries to a saucepan on a low heat.
  • Zest and juice the orange.
  • Add the orange juice and zest to a saucepan along with the cranberries.
  • Peel and grate the ginger and add to the saucepan.
  • Add the honey, cloves and cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
  • Turn the heat up and cook on a medium heat until it starts simmering, then place a lid on and continue to simmer for another 5 mins.
  • Once cooled, remove the cinnamon and cloves and pour into a serving dish.
