Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide For Wanderlusters 2017

We’re into December now! I don’t know where this year has gone!  Travel is my passion so it’s time to share with you my Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Wanderlusters.  Something for every budget and hopefully it will give you a bit of help choosing a gift for anyone who has the travel bug.  From stocking fillers to more expensive ideas for the Traveller who has everything.  If you have someone special in your life that likes adventure and exploration then these are the perfect gifts.  Travel is my biggest expense so I’d love to unwrap any of these this Christmas…

Under £10 Stocking Fillers

For someone who is always on the go a travel mug is the perfect stocking filler.  I love this cute I’m A Mermaid Travel Mug.  It’s BPA free, reusable and kind to the environment.  Get your caffeine or turmeric tea fix with a dose of cuteness!Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Wanderlusters 2017 by Emma Eats & Explores

I’m all for giving experiences as gifts rather than physical objects – I’d much rather have the memories.  How about a travel or hotel voucher?  You can choose the value to suit your budget and your guests will make memories that will last a lifetime.  From £10 and upwards you can club together with friends to give someone a complete trip or just give them a bit of a boost towards something they’ve been saving for.  Whether it’s a Cosy Scottish Lodge on Loch Lomond or A Lake District Getaway or something further afield, treat them to a trip they’ll never forget!

You can also gift Avois points to put towards flights or travel vouchers so they can plan their own trip of a lifetime!  No Christmas Gift Guide for Wanderlusters would be complete without giving someone the gift of travel!

A Travel Towel is always a fantastic addition to any suitcase.  Traditional towels are so bulky and take up so much room, but a travel towel is a perfect solution.  This Microfiber Sports & Travel Towel is great for the beach, the gym or yoga and is only £9.99.  Or these ones from Dock & Bay are a bit more expensive at £15 but much more stylish!

 £20 to £50

How about hanging your adventures right where you can see them with a World Is Art Wall Map from Maps International!  It comes in a variety of colours and finishes so you can tailor it to suit whatever room in the house you’d like.  You can have it mounted or framed and it starts from just £26.  You can use it to plan your next adventure full of wanderlust.  Everytime you look at it you will be flooded with memories of the amazing places you’ve been and the adventures that you’ve had.Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Wanderlusters 2017 by Emma Eats & Explores

Travelling is always better with a great soundtrack.  This Lava Brightsounds Portable Bluetooth Speaker is really compact and gives a great sound.  It’s also a light and has a built-in power bank for charging your mobile devices and an ambient LED Light.  Water resistant too so it can stand a splash of rain or two in the wonderful British weather.  It really is a gadget that does everything and comes in a range of colours.  You can pick from green, pink, blue, yellow or teal.  At just £39.99 it will replace your sound system, torch and your charger all in one!Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Wanderlusters 2017 by Emma Eats & Explores

Over £100

Lumie Zest is a combination wake-up and SAD light.  It has a gradual sunrise to wake you and bright light to give you a mood and energy boost. Lumie Zest is all the light therapy you need in one neat, portable device.  The dawn simulation function wakes you naturally with a gradually brightening 30-minute sunrise.  Using a dawn simulator can help keep your sleep/wake cycle on track and has been shown to boost mood, energy and productivity levels for the whole day.  Perfect for anyone that suffers with Jet Lag when they travel.  Waking up with the right amount of light is perfect for helping your body adjust to different time zones.

At £120 it’s not cheap but if it makes the difference between getting the most out of your trip rather than suffering with Jet Lag then it’s worth it to me!Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Wanderlusters 2017 by Emma Eats & Explores

I love the dawn simulator. I have seen them before, but never a travel one. I think that would help with jet lag!

Microfiber towels are the best. They dry so quickly and take up little space.
